# Operations Chronicle editorial review

Editorial review: September 5, 2026. Original publication dates remain. This is a local correction candidate, not a runtime report, release announcement or independent experimental replication.

## Sources

- [OpenForge release-engine account](/chronicles/openforge-release-engine), published May 2, and its [operator edition](/chronicles/openforge-release-engine-operator-edition). The linked accounts repeat the publisher's historical observations. No linked public aggregate audit/commit packet was independently checked here. Reported readiness and timing are not certified current repository state.
- [Vault Lattice](/chronicles/vault-lattice-two-node-ai-operating-system), published April 2, and its public companion [The Lattice Remembers](/chronicles/the-lattice-remembers). These describe a historical coordination pattern. They do not establish universal freshness, uncorruptible state or continuous availability.
- [ForgeOps Doctrine](/chronicles/forgeops-doctrine), published February 12. Its interface and gateway descriptions are historical design requirements. No independent implementation acceptance, uptime or security evaluation is supplied.

## Corrections

OpenForge distinguishes an illustrative JSON report from a retained run, reported zero findings from proof of no defects, and readiness checks from publication authority. Its seven-repository result remains a dated, attributed account with an explicit evidence gap.

Vault Lattice distinguishes designated authority from correctness and freshness. Its roster is seven specialist roles plus a primary coordinator. Broad statements about current secondary-node status are removed; the historical account is not a current topology inventory.

ForgeOps distinguishes proposed control and recovery behavior from verified implementation. Authentication alone does not establish authorization or resolution of stale and duplicate requests.

The full Vault Lattice and ForgeOps editions add labelled illustrative review matrices and recovery requirements. These are September 2026 editorial design aids, not recovered historical configuration or evidence of successful tests. No private addresses, credentials, runtime commands or protected operational examples are added to this public note.

One existing Vault Lattice sample sentence is corrected to remove an undated current-node assertion. The other public samples are unchanged, and no additional protected material is exposed.
