revalidated. The digest sidecars passed, the executables remained native Linux
x86-64 ELF files reporting version `1.25.1` and revision `6e418c3f`, and the
bounded lifecycle smoke passed help, objectives, pack, inspect, test, unpack,
archive create, and archive verify. The restored tree matched the source
byte-for-byte.

## Objective surface at release

`zjx objectives --json` on the released executable reports `compact` as the
default objective with status `canonical` and `fast` as available with status
`production-qualified`. The obsolete `production-qualification-pending` value
is absent.

## Prior release disposition

ZJX 1.25 (tag `v1.25`) was a private, authenticated release withdrawn before
public distribution because its exact runtime reported the `fast` objective as
`production-qualification-pending`. Its tag, assets, checksums, original notes,
and qualification evidence remain preserved; a dated withdrawal notice was
appended to its notes without altering any prior byte. ZJX 1.25.1 is the
corrective release and underwent fresh exact-byte qualification.

## Public claim boundary

The release establishes an explicit two-objective packing surface and a
qualified `fast` objective under a frozen lifecycle contract. It does not
introduce a new archive format, a universal speed claim, a claim that `fast`
never produces a larger archive, or a claim that the canonical `compact`
search is redundant.
